In this spring season, CX has welcomed a group of dynamic new employees. In order to let everyone better integrate into the team and understand the company culture, on April 25, our company carefully organized a meeting on the safety knowledge training of new employees. After full learning and communication, the training meeting was successfully concluded, and the new employees returned with full enthusiasm to meet the challenges of the future work.

At the beginning of the meeting, Manager Zhang Xiaoling delivered a warm speech. She first introduced the company's development history and future development plan to the new employees, so that everyone has a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the company. New employees are encouraged to give full play to their skills and contribute to the development of the company. Subsequently, the content of employee safety knowledge was introduced in detail. Work safety knowledge

Production safety refers to a series of activities in the production process that take various measures to protect the personal safety and health of workers and the normal operation of equipment and facilities, prevent and reduce production accidents, and ensure the smooth progress of production. Production safety is directly related to the life safety and health of workers, and is the basic requirement for safeguarding the rights and interests of workers.

Disregard for security will bring casualties, property losses, affect the corporate image and reputation, and even affect social stability. Long-term safety can improve production efficiency, reduce production costs and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. For themselves, it is also conducive to protecting their health, career development and family happiness.

Safe production code of conduct and operational guidelines

Emergency treatment measures and escape route planning: 1. Emergency treatment measures: Understand and be familiar with emergency treatment measures of various accidents, such as fire, electric shock, chemical leakage, etc. 2, familiar with the escape route and emergency exit of the workplace, regular drills to ensure that in an emergency can be quickly evacuated. 3, master the use of emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, emergency lighting, etc.

Strictly abide by the requirements of the work instructions, ensure the operation standards, and do not change the process or omit steps without authorization. Review the work instructions regularly to ensure familiarity with the operating requirements.

Actively participate in the safety inspection activities organized by the enterprise or safety management department, and rectify the problems found in time. In daily work, I always keep vigilant, independently check the security risks around me, and timely report to the relevant departments. At the same time, we actively participate in safety experience sharing activities, and share the safety knowledge and experience accumulated in our work with colleagues to jointly improve safety awareness.

Production accident warning education

Employees should be regularly organized to watch videos of accident cases, carry out safety knowledge competitions, hold safety lectures, etc., to improve employees' safety awareness. Through questionnaire survey, staff feedback and other ways, evaluate the actual effect of warning education activities, and constantly improve and perfect the form and content of activities. Establish a continuous improvement mechanism of safety production knowledge training to ensure that employees always maintain a high level of safety awareness and prevention ability.

Other precautions and tips

Encourage employees to learn safety knowledge with their families and improve the safety awareness of the whole family: It is recommended that employees prepare emergency kits for the family, including first aid supplies, fire extinguishers, etc., to cope with emergencies. If you go out in distress or emergencies, you should keep calm to ensure your own life safety, take certain preventive measures according to the situation, avoid a direct conflict between the parties as much as possible, and protect the scene (evidence) to the responsible department for help at the first time.
